No preparation and no obligation. Before the call, Ramón sends the business an enquiry the way a customer would and times the reply. On the call the business gets three things: its reply time, measured; the three places its week loses the most hours; and one fix it can switch on this week, with or without Palanca. If the call isn't worth the 20 minutes, Ramón pays €100 for the business's time: one per business, just say so at the end of the call.
