Gas, carbon monoxide, fire, major leaks: a deterministic layer catches them before any language model runs, sends the tenant a fixed safety script and alerts you immediately. In our evaluation suite it caught 100% of emergency cases.
Everything else waits for you: the agent drafts, you approve. The final word stays human.
