I'm Ramón. Palanca means lever.

I spent three years in strategy consulting, finding the bottlenecks that hold a business back, and eight years inside a billion-euro sportswear company, automating the work nobody sees: campaign production, product data, the handoffs between departments that eat whole afternoons. Big companies run on machinery like that, and they can afford a floor of specialists to build it.

Most companies can't. A clinic can't, a wholesaler with twenty people can't, an installer with three vans can't. The tools have become cheap, but the know-how stayed locked inside corporates.

So I started Palanca. It means lever in Spanish, and that is the whole idea: I take the machinery I learned to build at scale and install a version sized for your team.

How I work.

You see it working first.
Every engagement starts with a free working version of one job, on example data.
You talk to the person who builds it.
No account managers and no handoffs. I build it, and I look after it.
Your team stays in control.
Workers follow rules you set, and anything that matters waits for a person's OK.

What I won't do.

  • Promise a result I can't show you first.
  • Sell you a tool you'd use better yourself. If a cheaper app does the job, I'll say so.
  • Build something that replaces the people who know your business.

Your first version is on me.

Tell me the job in a paragraph. I read every request and reply myself.
