The first session lays the foundation. We set up your AI workspace properly, with your files, your tone and your way of working, so everything after builds on it. From there, every month runs the same loop:
Where are the hours leaking now? The answer changes as your business grows, which is why we look every month.
The highest-leverage fix gets built in the session itself, not promised for later.
What works becomes a system: documented, automated, added to the inventory.
Capped at six
The whole point is that I know your business well, and past six clients I can't. So six is the cap.
Month to month
No contract gymnastics. Stay while it pays for itself; leave the month it doesn't.

The 90-day check
Three months in, we look at the scoreboard together. The wins have to be visible, or I'm the first to say so.
